No1 Site Manager required for a 16 week project in South East London starting early December 2024
 

• Must have CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
• Reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager
• Will be responsible for all paper work and be particularly strong on Safety as the client employ independent safety consultants
• Must be IT literate – all H&S is managed digitally via a tablet  

Project will be the refurbishment of an Industrial unit and offices to include internal and external refurbishment, getting the unit ready to be re marketed for a new tenant.
 
Must have experience in managing industrial / commercial / retail refurbishments.
