The founding directors have a wealth of experience spanning over four decades between them, they still actively recruit in their niches alongside their close knit team all of which have been trained to the gold standard in recruitment practise. We work with clients and candidates in a professional, consultative, and discreet manner which allows us to provide a value-added service above and beyond the recruitment placement.

We believe that the best results are achieved all when all three parties; Client, Candidate and Recruiter operate in an open, honest way. While I have been working for Simon Cross I have been in the very fortunate position.  Due to what I would like to think was a good pairings of client requirements and the placement of a manager,  Simon has managed to keep me in work even through this credit crunch.
