2 X Freelance No1 Site Manager with CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid

Project 1
Interior Fit Out of Commercial Building over 3 phases starting 7th May 2024 running until last week in August 2024.  Reporting into a part – site based Project Manager.  (16 – 17 weeks)
 
Project 2
Interior Fit Out of Commercial Building staring 1st week in June running into 2nd week of September 2024 – 14 weeks
Reporting into a part – site based Project Manager. 
 
Both projects require strong client facing Managers who can run organised, tidy projects.  Able to induct contractors, check RAMS, chair sub contract meetings, able to use Procore or similar site reporting software i.e. Site Audit Pro etc.  Able to adopt a firm but fair approach with subbies.

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS RETAIL / OFFICE / EDUCATION Fit out experience
