He spends time getting to know his clients and talent pool and is all about the detail when it comes to finding key hires!
With over 25 years of recruitment experience, Kate specializes in building networks and communities that connect top-tier talent with principal contractors delivering highly technical and specialized projects in niche sectors, including Life Sciences, Automated Industrial, Food Retail, and Commercial.
As Co-Founder of Harvey Jacob, Kate is dedicated to fostering lasting relationships that drive impactful results. Operating across the UK, EU and USA, she ensures every hire makes a meaningful difference for both clients and candidates.
Amy joined Harvey in 2016 and is one of our longest standing members of the team, she’s the first point of contact for our contractor’s post placement and ensures that they are onboarded and set up on the payroll.
She also takes care of credit control working with Simon and Kate to ensure the smooth running of the contractor process from onboarding to client invoicing. A valued team player Amy always proves herself to be a completely dependable member of the team.
