Our client is looking for the services of a freelance Site Manager starting 6th January 2025 until Easter 2025
 
Joining a project that has already started, primarily responsible for managing the installation of cladding on a few steel-framed buildings in Bournemouth.  Previous experience managing cladding packages is required.
 
Must posses
 
CSCS black/platinum in site management + NVQ6
SMSTS or IOSH equivalent
First Aid
 
Skills
 
Good computer skills, in particular MS Word, Excel 
Good management and motivational skills
Can read and interpret drawings, raising RFI’s when required
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines
Able to work on your own or happy in a team
