One of these clients, who we have worked with for 17 years are opening a new office in Cambridge.  Specialising within the Commercial & laboratory fit out sector, they are a very established business with an excellent reputation.  The business leaders have decades of experience and believe now is the time to invest in a new office, leveraging off their track record and develop a new region.
They are looking to employ a Senior Project Manager / Contracts Manager among other roles.
Ideal Attributes

• Previous experience working in and around the Cambridge market is preferred.
• Client facing
• Someone that in the early stages is happy to run their own projects ensuring they are delivered to a high standard and client’s satisfaction with the support of a Site manager / s.
• Will need to have previous high-end Commercial fit out experience.
• Support will come by way of various other departments, to include Estimating, Pre-Construction, Technical Services and Quantity Surveying.
• Reporting into a Director
